- Industry experience in product software engineering (3+ years recommended)

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Mid/Senior Product Software Engineer to join our Investment Modeling team in Tallinn/ Berlin to build user-facing tooling for forecasting and optimisation of Incentives investments across hundreds of cities around the world!
- As a Product Software Engineer for the Investment Modelling Team team, you will be building internal user-facing tooling that's used for budgeting purposes - setting and tracking operational targets, interacting with forecasting and optimization models that estimate growth of the business
- You will use best practices for automating workflows, designing interfaces, and regularly collecting feedback from users
- Develop a deep understanding of technical and business needs to solve real-world problems end-to-end
- Develop and maintain software used for forecasting & optimization in budgeting process
- Gather feedback from users to improve the product
- Communicate and present results to product and business stakeholders
- Work with Python, AWS, Google Spreadsheets / Appscript
- Work with data/business analysts, data scientists, software engineers, product managers in cross-functional feature teams

That said, Bolt operates in a very crowded market and urban mobility is highly competitive, with many local and international players all trying to come out on top. Even so, demand for shared and on-demand transport is at an all time high and only growing. Bolt's broad geographic reach, focus on scale and willingness to invest in future technologies puts it in the perfect position to keep growing.
