- Proven ability to design and lead diverse projects in collaboration with contributors from various teams, backgrounds, and areas of expertise
- Demonstrated success building and managing relationships with high-level stakeholders across different organizations, sectors, and geographies
- Strong familiarity with modern workflow and collaboration tools, including Notion, Discord, Google Docs, Airtable, Zoom, Telegram, Signal, and AI tools
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the web3 industry or the Ethereum ecosystem is a strong plus
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to directly support the President of the Board. In this role, you’ll drive the strategic planning and execution of high-leverage initiatives in education, communications, and institutional relationships
- You’ll help steward Ethereum’s public voice and global impact by coordinating projects, people, and partnerships in a fast-evolving environment
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and relationship management
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives in education, communications, and institutional relationships, translating the President’s vision into action
- Work with a small team and ad-hoc contributors, in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities
- Identify and build relationships with partners who are positioned to amplify and advance Ethereum’s values globally
- Support executive communications and decision-making, helping the President stay informed and effective across diverse initiatives
- Full-time position, reporting directly to the President of the Board

Likening itself to a “community of teams” rather than a traditional organisation, Ethereum Foundation is a non-profit that supports the development of Ethereum (the platform and programme language supporting the building and publishing of decentralised apps) and other related technologies.
Boasting the achievement of being the third highest crowd-funded project of all time, its open-source platform aims to decentralise the web, claiming “Ethereum is how the Internet was supposed to work”. The company has captured the attention of Microsoft and was incorporated in Microsoft’s cloud computing platform and services.
Acquiring significant funding over the years Ethereum is definitely one to watch. Releasing consistent new development and nurturing its long standing projects, the Ethereum Foundation has a strong base of values that have been kept on since the beginning. It'll be exciting to see how it evolves as the web world does.
