Role
Who you are
- You have 3+ years of Media, Advertising or Technology experience in a sales, marketing or support role, including internships
- You understand key consumer trends with a focus on digital advertising, privacy and programmatic
- You excel at building strong relationships with clients, with communication skills being one of your top attributes
- You are proficient in English with excellent business writing skills in email and deck format
- You have an eye for design and can build visually appealing presentations from scratch
- You have strong relationships at key agencies and clients
What the job involves
- With thorough measurement and reporting to demonstrate the power of our platform including custom recommendations on how a client’s strategy can evolve and improve, the Client Success Manager will become the trusted, consultative partner of brands and agencies looking to leverage cookie-less, privacy-first contextual solutions that drive measurable results
- Develop strategies, including upselling approaches, to enhance campaign performance (e.g., new products, channels, audience targeting)
- Be in contact with clients in the political field and indie agencies
- Initiate and implement client campaigns in alignment with agreed-upon timelines and budgets, collaborating with the Ad Operations team
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and coordinate internal responses
- Ensure timely communication of any changes or issues affecting client campaigns
- Track pod retention rate and campaign success metrics, aiming for >90% KPI attainment
- Achieve Quarterly Incremental Revenue Goals for key accounts within the responsibility
- Provide clients with regular campaign performance reports based on their preferences (e.g., weekly, monthly)
- Conduct post-campaign analysis within one week to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor campaign performance regularly, making necessary adjustments in partnership
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management or Adops, summarizing problems and attempted solutions clearly
- Hold regular team meetings with stakeholders to discuss client accounts, share updates, and collaborate on strategies
- Leverage internal tools (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Jira) for efficient internal communication and task management
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score by delivering professional and effective client services

The advertising industry is undergoing a significant change in terms of targeting audiences. In the next few years, it's expected that brands will no longer be able to leverage third-party cookies to reach target audiences. Without the use of cookies, Seedtag is best positioned to provide a deep understanding of consumers' interests, build a contextual strategy based on data and gather a range of insights that can help brands improve their results.
Already the leader in contextual advertising in EMEA and LATAM, the company intends to use funds to expand into the US market and continue investing in its contextual AI technology. Following the funding, the company has acquired KMTX (previously Keymantics), a French company specialised in building AI models to optimise and automate performance campaigns. By merging with KMTX, Seedtag can now provide advertisers with a full-funnel cookie-less solution that delivers results for both branding and performance objectives.
Seedtag has achieved significant growth following further development and improvement of its product capabilities, alongside strategic acquisitions that saw it enter the Australian market. Looking forward, the company is strengthening its position internationally and hired key leadership roles to implement this in 2023.
