Who you are
- 4+ years of closing sales experience (ideally at a B2B SaaS company in Enterprise Role)
- Excited about managing a high volume of opportunities through close
- You love connecting with people and find joy in helping them solve their challenges
- You love the chase! You enjoy holding prospects accountable and maintaining opportunity momentum
- Technically savvy (experience with Salesforce, Apollo, and Outreach.io a plus)
- Entrepreneurial, analytical, experimental
- Self-starter, able to work on multiple things at once

What the job involves
- We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, outgoing, and results oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our new logo acquisition sales team
- You’ll work with prospects to prove our value, consult to win their business! You’ll support our Enterprise segment working with all types of industries
- You’ll also have the chance to impact our systems and experiments as we scale
- Achieve your quarterly quota by closing net new opportunities
- Manage a Enterprise inbound leads open to close
- Source outbound Enterprise opportunities within your book of business
- Demo the User Interviews products and features to prospective customers
- Become a product expert able to answer the vast majority of feature questions you’ll receive
- Engage those prospects in a collaborative discovery process to understand MEDDIC
- Craft excellent follow up emails that help our prospects get to yes as informed and as quickly as possible
- Host several discovery and demo calls a day
- Maintain an organized and detailed pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce
- Proactively monitor the health of your pipeline and its monthly and quarterly potential
- Collaborate with your dedicated SDR
- Provide feedback to your peers within sales, and the Revenue department overall
- Act as an internal champion for your prospects, segment and their needs

For a company to conduct a study around user research, it can take weeks or even months. The process of collecting user feedback is often long and arduous for many companies. User Interviews is a platform that recruits consumers who are keen to give feedback on products and ideas.
The company profiles the users in its network and match them with companies, making it easy for the client to engage with the most suitable product testers out there. The cofounders of User Interviews, Basel Fakhoury and Dennis Meng, came up with the idea following a failed project. Before deciding on their next product, they were carrying out product feedback sessions and quickly saw how difficult was to recruit and manage a large pool of testers.
To date, User Interviews has amassed some high profile clients included Amazon, Microsoft, Colgate, and Spotify. The company has experienced almost 150% percent annual growth since its conception.
