Production Accountant, Riot Games

• 5+ years of production accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong ability to prioritize, be proactive, and be detail oriented
• Proficient in the Google ecosystem (e.g., drive, docs, sheets)
• Experience with media budgeting software (e.g., move magic, media web, and showbiz)
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion

Desirable

• Production Accountants at Riot are responsible for processing and managing the financial data related to live events (e.g. , esports) and other production related projects
• Reporting to the Sr Manager, Production Finance, you will join our Global Content Services team to support live events and production related projects with cost management, tracking, and budget reconciliation
• This is a 6 month contract role and will help support upcoming esports events in London and South Korea, this role willl be based from our Remote Broadcast centre in Swords, Dublin
• You'll partner with Line Producers, Production Managers, vendors, and other Riot teams to ensure accurate maintenance of forecasting, tracking, and reporting of production budgets
• Track and categorize invoices and production costs using our production chart of accounts, providing accurate actuals and forecast updates
• Create and distribute cost reports on a timely and regular basis
• Create and distribute weekly/monthly/quarterly financial reports and updates on a timely and regular basis
• Identify and flag potential areas for budgetary risk or opportunity
• Calculate/update cash flow pacing
• Work with Riot’s purchasing team to set up vendors in our purchasing systems, request contracts, and issue invoices
• Work with vendors and our Accounts Payable team to ensure Purchase Orders are paid in a timely manner
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
