Senior Product Designer, ExTrac

• At least 5 years experience in digital product design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a closely related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric, bespoke design work for SaaS products, that reflects both creativity and a strategic approach to brand expression.
• Demonstrated track record of creating original and innovative designs that are tailored to unique brand identities. Your portfolio should reflect a mastery of custom design work, where every piece is as functional as it is distinctively on-brand.
• Proven experience in designing for complex, data-rich, AI-powered applications.
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (ideally Figma).
• Strong proficiency with building, maintaining and scaling design systems.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams, understanding technical constraints and balancing them with design requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting designs and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
• Experience conducting and applying findings from user research and usability testing.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and how to incorporate them into product design.

Desirable

• Work on the design end-to-end for our AI-driven products, from concept to delivery, under the supervision of the Director of Product & Design
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team and engineers to define user needs, translating them into seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design concepts and interaction flows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to drive data-driven design decisions. We take a co-participatory approach to UI/UX design, where users are seen as partners in the product development process rather than subjects to be studied.
• Create and maintain a cohesive visual identity across the product suite, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and balancing user experience with business goals.
• Work closely with the AI team to ensure that AI features are presented in a user-friendly and understandable manner.
• Advocate for design excellence and usability best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products, especially in the AI and B2B SaaS space.
