Who you are
- Currently enrolled in a business school, an engineering school, a computer science program with exposure to business topics, or an equivalent curriculum (minimum Bac+3, ideally Bac+4/5)
- Must have an internship agreement (convention de stage) provided by your institution
- Curiosity about B2B sales, pipeline generation, and what drives prospect conversion
- Builder mentality: you love creating systems, testing hypotheses, and iterating rapidly based on results
- AI tools experimentation (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms)
- Data analysis and structured data handling
- Systems thinking and technical troubleshooting
- Commercial acumen and metrics analysis
- Autonomous problem-solving and collaboration
- Tools used: ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, n8n, Dust, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, spreadsheets (CSV, JSON), basic scripting (Python, JavaScript - bonus)

What the job involves
- 6-month internship. Starting July or September 2026. Based in Paris
- You'll be part of our Connect Sales team led by Joseph Ascione, Strategic Account Director. Connect is a global organization of approximately 100 people across different functions, and you'll work directly with our 2 Senior Enterprise Account Executives for EMEA
- Together, you'll be enabling brands, retailers, distributors, and resellers to accelerate their online sales on Mirakl platforms—while pioneering an AI-first approach to sales
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate outreach, qualification workflows, and multi-channel engagement campaigns
- Monitor agent performance, analyze conversion metrics, and continuously optimize prompts, targeting criteria, and automation strategies
- Collaborate with Account Executives to translate business priorities into automated workflows and provide insights from agent data to inform sales strategy
- Build onboarding automation for sellers subscribing to our paid solutions, including welcome sequences, setup guides, and support agents
- Troubleshoot agent failures, identify process bottlenecks, and implement improvements across the sales funnel

- Two interviews: one with Joseph Ascione (Strategic Account Director) and one with a future colleague. We use the STAR method and structured interviews to assess competencies aligned with our core values and will be testing your AI appetite through examples of tools you've experimented with or used to solve challenges

Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this : if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
