What the job involves
- You'll be part of a small, dynamic and growing team, at the heart of a fintech business making an impact
- You'll be working within the Sales team, helping to generate and manage new client leads
- The role will start with mainly sales and back-office support for the team, with an expectation for the position to evolve into a sales role with more responsibility
- There is a lot of potential to gain an understanding of financial services, understanding how the banking system works, how to interact with clients and focus on the Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) worlds within that
- Lead & manage prospect onboarding by working closely with the operations team to ensure the onboarding process is run smoothly
- Maintain day-to-day contact of new/existing clients as well as responding to cold leads and arranging subsequent meetings for sales to action
- Provide support to clients with any queries they have regarding the platform and our offering
- Work with our data team to keep the CRM up-to-date and produce reports to help the sales team stay up to date with their quarterly & annual sales targets
- Assist the sales and partnerships teams with curating and maintaining partner relationships
- Assist with implementing Venture Capital and Private Equity marketing strategies, by providing the marketing team with data and content support to facilitate marketing campaigns
- Direct client exposure by attending client meetings with a sales representative, conduct demonstrations of the platform and educating clients on new products
- Attend industry networking events

Our take
Since the 2008 financial crisis interest rates have been historically low, making bank deposits and money market funds unattractive as a way to safely invest money. TreasurySpring is a fintech company which offers Fixed-Term Fund products, allowing clients with large cash balances to access a range of shorter-term investment options in the banking, government and corporate sectors, all accessed through a single dashboard.
TreasurySpring opens access to money markets which are usually only available to institutional investors such as banks and asset managers, and as such their Fixed-Term Fund has no direct competitors in this market. Its product has met with enthusiasm, and it has issued over $9 billion in Fixed-Term Funds to its growing client base, which include FTSE 100 companies, hedge funds and family offices.
Having raised Series B funding in 2023, TreasurySpring is focusing on growing the team and scaling its product. It has also partnered with the London Stock Exchange to widen the selection of financial products it can offer to its clients.
