What the job involves
- Archax is at a pivotal growth stage and is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner (WEB3) to join our team
- This role will focus on the more technical requirements and enhancements to our platform specifically those interacting with WEB3/Blockchain technology
- Maintain a comprehensive list of product requests, enhancements, and major technical debt items
- Regularly review this list with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business value, urgency, and resource availability
- Help feed into the strategic product road map and priorities of the business
- Ensure project timelines, goals, and responsibilities are transparent and accessible to all relevant stakeholders
- Actively participate in sprint reviews, especially when new major features are introduced, to ensure alignment with product goals and user expectations
- Attend sprint planning, 3 Amigos sessions, and pre-planning meetings as needed to support the development process
- Maintain a deep understanding of systems from both a user and technical perspective
- Demonstrate this knowledge to prospective clients, investors, and issuers as needed
- Be the SME for blockchain orientated products in the business
- Experience with Ethereum, Solidity, smart contract development, or other blockchain protocols such as Polka Dot or Solana is highly desirable
- Have a broad interest and knowledge of Blockchain Technology across multiple protocols
- Be comfortable with interacting with blockchains and have previous experience of creating/developing blockchain/WEB3 products
- Maintain regular communication with the wider IT team to address concerns and collaborate on solutions to issues raised by other departmental managers
- Support IT initiatives by providing product-related insights and facilitating resolution of cross-functional challenges
