Role
Who you are
- 4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing (preferably SaaS, healthtech, or start-up environment)
- Strong track record of managing digital campaigns and website optimisation
- Comfortable using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, HubSpot/Attio (CRM), and email automation tools
- Confident in testing, learning fast, and adapting strategy based on data
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, you can turn metrics into narrative
- Curious, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, experimental environment
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer, someone who can own our digital marketing ecosystem end-to-end and turn data-driven insights into real traction
- This is a generalist marketing role with a strong digital background. You’ll help define and execute our growth playbook across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, while ensuring everything we do strengthens our brand and drives measurable lead generation
- You’ll work closely with our CEO, Head of Growth, and Sales team to build, launch, test, and optimise campaigns that turn awareness into engagement—and engagement into customers
- Own the website as a key growth channel: improve traffic, conversion rates, and user experience
- Run A/B tests, optimise landing pages, meta descriptions, and on-page content for SEO and conversion
- Align website performance with lead generation goals
- Manage paid search (Google) and paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook) campaigns focused on lead gen and retargeting
- Rapidly test creative, copy, and audience hypotheses to improve CPC and CPL
- Build scalable campaign frameworks to support new products and launches
- Develop and post engaging, consistent content on LinkedIn and within our Facebook Group
- Keep GP Automate front of mind with authentic, value-driven communication
- Develop campaign messaging, content, and landing pages
- Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing campaigns support sales and product priorities
- Build and manage automated lifecycle campaigns that nurture inbound leads and move them through the funnel
- Launch quick, experimental campaigns to test messaging, audiences, and channels
- Analyse results to validate hypotheses around cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), and conversion
- Use learnings to shape GP Automate’s digital playbook
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and clear performance narratives
- Continuously analyse what worked, what didn’t, and what to do next
- Improve marketing attribution to connect campaigns with real outcomes
- Experiment with AI tools to accelerate content creation, targeting, and analytics
