What the job involves

TIFIN is seeking an IT Manager to join us at our Boulder, Colorado headquarters
This person will join our Security team and be responsible for any and all IT and security tasks including troubleshooting, office systems, employee equipment and vendor management
We are in growth mode and are seeking an individual who will thrive in a get-it-done environment and can adapt to new demands with a strong sense of urgency and precision
Provide on the ground and virtual support to 200+ employees across Colorado, New York, North Carolina and California
Work closely with current MSPs to support internal business applications used by Employees such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Okta
ISP vendor management for all current and future locations
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of employee computers. Maintain inventory and allocation for all computer hardware and software platforms
MSP performance reviews through SLAs
Network and Firewall maintenance, and endpoint security management
Conference room technology configurations and maintenance
