Who you are
- Based in Europe. Likely to use the Bitrefill Card daily
- A proven leader or key contributor in successful marketing campaigns, with the ability to explain exactly why certain strategies worked while others didn’t—and quick to adapt these insights to our business needs
- Knowledgeable about your marketing segment, able to articulate user needs and the competitive landscape, and demonstrate a genuine passion for mastering and sharing this information
- Critical and strategic in evaluating marketing channels, understanding the pros and cons of each, familiar with best practices for tracking effectiveness, and comfortable challenging common myths or overly simplistic approaches
- T-shaped in your skill set, with deep expertise in a specific area (such as SEO, social media management, or data analysis) complemented by a broad understanding of other fields. You apply an analytical and financial mindset to uncover real customer needs, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and financially sound
- Proficient in using analytics tools, able to discuss both their strengths and limitations, and articulate what additional features would enhance their utility
- Experienced in remote team management, with a track record of effective communication and hands-on examples of how you ensure seamless coordination with both internal teams and external partners
What the job involves
- You will work with a product team of fired-up individuals who work closely and make decisions together. Your job is to help us make our Bitrefill Card the best Crypto card in the world
- As the Marketing Manager for Bitrefill Card, your mission is to drive growth and adoption of the product using data-driven marketing strategies
- Through market research, you'll identify customer needs and untapped opportunities, fueling our marketing campaigns and influencing product development
- You'll strengthen key industry relationships, promoting strategic partnerships that extend our reach
- Ultimately, your role is pivotal in fostering Bitrefill's growth, enhancing user satisfaction, and solidifying our standing in the digital currency market
- Plan and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and launch marketing campaigns that attract and retain users, set clear goals and KPIs, and then hit them
- Own the Project from Start to Finish: Take full responsibility for marketing the Bitrefill Card. Coordinate with different teams, but be ready to get things done independently
- Leverage Your “Secret Weapon”: Bring your standout skill—whether it’s data analysis, SEO, referral programs, or community building—and make a real impact
- Get into the Data: Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to make data-driven decisions. Adjust strategies based on what’s working and what’s not
- Get into the Minds of Our Users: Understand what our customers truly need and what motivates them. Conduct research, collect feedback, maintain connections with user sentiments, and share your knowledge within the company
- Drive Growth Initiatives: Design and implement referral programs and other growth hacks. Always be on the lookout for new ways to grow our user base

Our take
Bitrefill sells gift cards that you can use as vouchers to buy things like electronics, groceries, clothing, phone refills, or flights to go on holiday. Its main selling point is ease - the fact you can virtually pay for anything with cryptocurrencies through gift cards.
Similar to a credit card, when a user buys a gift card or phone refill, they will earn a cash back reward, but in the form of the largest cryptocurrency, bitcoin. The company continues to grow by building new features to add to its appeal, such as enabling users to pay their bills and taxes with bitcoin, or integrating with Strike - the payment application - to access 5% cashback in bitcoin.
Founded in 2015, it is one of the oldest players facilitating crypto payments and hence rode the wave of crypto uptake. There are currently thousands of merchants across almost 200 countries integrated in the network, which have included brands from Amazon and Airbnb to Domino’s and Netflix.
