What the job involves
- As the Office Manager, you will own it by taking responsibility for overseeing all administrative activities, ensuring our office runs efficiently, and ensuring employees have the support they need to level up their productivity
- You'll bring a customer-centric approach to both internal and external interactions, making sure that everyone who enters our office experiences top-notch service
- Finally, you'll play as a team by collaborating closely with colleagues across all departments and our Copenhagen HQ to ensure the seamless execution of tasks and projects
- Ensure a well-functional and appealing office
- Assisting the office in day-to-day operations
- Administrative tasks
- Assist with People and Culture tasks, such as TA-related tasks, vacation planning, onboarding, and other admin tasks
- Coordinating social events and gatherings
- Coordinate with external vendors to coordinate contracts and operational activities like catering, cleaning, office space designers, reception, and building management
- Making sure that meeting rooms are ready for today's meetings
- Greet visitors and be the first point of contact
- Support with onboarding for new joiners
- Supervise all financial administration related to running the office
- Ad hoc tasks include Watering the plants every Monday, cleaning after lunch, restocking beverages in the morning, and ordering groceries weekly

Our take
Statistics is a huge part of sports, from improving tactics based on the analysis of training sessions to the live-tracking of match events by fans. However, collecting the relevant in-game data for the analysis of a game is almost impossible to keep up with, limiting the breadth of information that can be learned from and shared.
Veo provides sports live-streaming camera technology that enables sports teams to automatically broadcast games, whilst AI analyses the gameplay to produce statistics. These statistics are aggregated into analytic dashboards that help teams uncover actionable insights from the statistics of games, in addition to providing viewers with crucial real-time updates.
Whilst Veo is not the first company to use technology to provide AI-driven sports statistics, the company’s technology relies solely on cameras as opposed to smart sports apparatus, allowing the solutions to be applied to any ball game. The company aims to boost viewership and engagement between sports teams and their fans, whilst providing teams with the analysis tools necessary to learn from their gameplay on a granular level.
