Role
Who you are
- Candidate must be Bi-lingual in French and English
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms, including social media
- Experience in public programming, event curation, and/or production
- Design, photography, and video editing skills are a plus
- Comfortable with public speaking and presentation our mission
Desirable
- Project Management experience: the ability to plan and coordinate several events at the same time
- Has strong interpersonal skills needed to build relationships with all stakeholders
- Is a ‘team-player’, enjoys working in partnership with colleagues and views individual differences as a way to build new ideas and innovations
- Strong ownership and problem solving skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Aligned and committed to the vision of both Climate House and The Conduit and constantly looking for ways in your role to achieve our mission
What the job involves
- The Conduit and Climate House have entered an exciting new partnership to help fuel their mutual next phase of growth, growing Climate House’s programming and events capabilities while expanding The Conduit’s global footprint
- This is an exciting opportunity to support the strategic growth of both organisations. This role will be a 1-year contract role based at Climate House in Paris (Rue du Caire, 75002 Paris, France) and report into both The Conduit and Climate House
- The Programming Manager should have the ability to travel between Paris and the UK freely, and expect to join the team in the UK at least once a quarter
