Who you are

You have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar job,
You possess a very strong knowledge of cybersecurity and IT systems in general,
You have an existing cybersecurity network in one of the three countries,
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English,
French speaking would be a plus,
Experience in the field of endpoints would be a significant plus

What the job involves

As part of our expansion, we are looking for our first Presales Engineer dedicated to the Benelux region, to support our sales efforts and activate a strategic network of partners across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg
Reporting to the Pre-Sales team and working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, you will be a key player in the sales cycle and in the enablement of our partner ecosystem
Delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s profile and needs
Planning and executing proof of concepts (POCs), from kick-off to technical validation
Acting as the technical lead for RFI/RFP responses, in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager
Leading technical deep-dives and project defense meetings with high-level stakeholders
Promoting new product features and provide valuable feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
Technically support and animate a portfolio of ~10 strategic partners (MSSPs, resellers, integrators) across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg
Train partner presales teams and ensure they are technically enabled to position and sell HarfangLab’s products
Deliver demos, workshops, and competitive battlecards tailored to the partner ecosystem
Collaborate with our Channel team to develop and grow technical alignment with partner offerings
Represent HarfangLab at regional cybersecurity events and conferences
Be a trusted technical ambassador of HarfangLab in the Benelux cybersecurity ecosystem
