Who you are

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or a related role, preferably within the software industry
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling marketing operations and analytics teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ABM (e.g., 6sense), Chatbot, and data analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives

What the job involves

  • This role will be responsible for supporting marketing operations through data-driven insights and analytics
  • Skilled in analyzing and optimizing various aspects of marketing campaigns, including demand generation, events, digital marketing, account based marketing (ABM), partner marketing and customer marketing
  • Support our Marketing Directors and teams on ad-hoc and standardizing reporting request and analysis
  • Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics strategies to drive data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization
  • Design and implement comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Utilize predictive modeling, segmentation, and other advanced techniques to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Analyze, prioritize, and optimize revenue marketing programs (e.g. Digital Marketing, Events, Campaigns) to continuously maximize conversion rates, pipeline generation, and ROI
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team
