Who you are
- You have some experience with data analytics, data engineering, or a relevant academic background
- You’re familiar with Python (especially Pandas/Numpy) and SQL
- You’re curious about modern data tools and excited to learn engineering best practices

- Reporting to: Service & Operations Lead
- Here, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge analytics and engineering practices from day one
- You’ll learn how to support the tools and data pipelines that keep mission-critical services running, while developing the skills to grow into more senior roles in data engineering, analytics, or software development
- We are looking for a Support Analytics Engineer to join our Service & Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of Data Analytics, Software Development, and Data Engineering
- Assist in maintaining data warehouses using SQL and cloud-based tools
- Support the monitoring and upkeep of ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt and Airflow
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain and enhance client-facing analytics solutions
- Help ensure data quality, documentation, and governance across projects
- In your first three months, your focus will be on quickly learning the tools, contributing to live service maintenance, and embedding yourself into the team
- You’ll also start building your own development plan—one that accelerates your growth while supporting the impact of QuantSpark’s work

Primarily, its work involves analysing large datasets and systems in order to understand customer behaviour and help clients make informed decisions for strategic planning in sales and marketing.

(Co-Founder & CEO)With Master's degrees from Oxford and KCL, Adam divides their time between running QuantSpark and Tech Against Terrorism- the world's preeminent NGO helping to tackle terrorists' use of the internet.

Anastasia is the Head of People and Operations. Anastasia joined the business as EA to Adam, the CEO, and quickly built out a department of her own which continues to expand.
Sophie joined the team in 2021 as a Senior Product Manager. They were quickly promoted to Product Lead and again to Head of Product.
Daniel joined as a Data Analyst in 2019 and now leads the Analytics Engineering Team and is an integral part of the business.
