Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role
- 3+ years experience in a B2B context
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user experiences
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes at all levels of fidelity
- Ability to partner with product, engineering, and QA teams

- At Octus, the Data Technology & Platform product team drives the foundation of our world-class product experiences
- We're seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team and help us take things to the next level
- In this role, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to design and deliver innovative features that enhance our users' experiences (both internal and external) while delivering true business value
- As Senior Product Manager for across Octus’ Authentication/Authorization and AI product areas, you will:
- Own and drive the product management process end-to-end across Authentication/Authorization and AI product surfaces
- Conduct user research, create wireframes/prototypes, and produce clear design documentation for new features/projects
- Define the technology product roadmap for your areas while ensuring alignment with critical stakeholders
- Partner closely with Engineering and QA during the development process to ensure timely delivery alongside high quality product
- Perform project management responsibilities, such as backlog refinement and maintenance and leading or participating in sprint ceremonies
- Collaborate cross functionally with teams such as Product Strategy, Customer Success, and our Executive Leadership Team ensuring alignment between product development direction and business goals
