Who you are
- You’re passionate about delivering all things UI, and know your way around a Design System
- You’re highly skilled and competent at what you do. You pride yourself on your work. You have a forensic attention to detail, and if something isn’t pixel perfect, it bothers you
- You’ve designed for iOS / Android apps and are always up to speed with app design best practices
- You always take ownership of your work and are good at managing your own time. You’re able to balance multiple tasks at once

What the job involves
- You’ll design the iOS and Android UI for feature teams in the platform
- You’ll work closely with the rest of the design squad, proactively communicating, contributing ideas, and challenging each other’s thinking
- You’ll live in Figma. Components, Autolayout and Variables will be your bread and butter
- You’ll enjoy and contribute towards a bold, positive and inclusive team culture
- You’ll be comfortable jumping on a quick stakeholder call to discuss and explain a new screen design, but you’re in your element when heads-down, working on a component or layout

Lloyds Bank, part of Lloyds Banking Group, began operations back in 1765 and is nowadays one of the UK’s leading retail and commercial banks.
