- Revenue Focus: Strong track record of identifying and executing opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and ARR growth

- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within a B2B SaaS or insurtech environment
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and driving measurable revenue growth
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple revenue-focused initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
What the job involves
- As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be a strategic partner to our customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Concirrus’ solutions and achieve their business objectives
- This role is revenue-focused, with a strong emphasis on driving incremental ARR through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- You will work closely with customers to identify value-add solutions, strengthen relationships, and ensure long-term partnership success, contributing directly to Concirrus’ growth
- Identify and execute opportunities for incremental ARR by driving upsells and cross-sells of Concirrus’ solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver tailored proposals that meet customer needs and maximize revenue
- Partner with customers to identify gaps and opportunities where additional Concirrus solutions can drive further value
- Track and report on revenue metrics, including ARR growth, upsell/cross-sell performance, and customer expansion success
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across assigned customer accounts
- Lead regular account reviews, discussing performance, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring alignment with customer goals
- Serve as the voice of the customer within Concirrus, advocating for their needs and influencing internal teams to deliver value
- Collaborate with customers to define success criteria, measurable outcomes, and long-term goals
- Create and execute success plans that align Concirrus’ solutions with customer objectives while supporting revenue growth
- Analyze customer data to provide insights that demonstrate ROI and uncover additional value opportunities
- Drive customer adoption of Concirrus’ solutions through training, insights, and strategic engagement
- Ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes with Concirrus’ platform, building a foundation for expansion opportunities

Concirrus was founded in 2012 with the intention of leveraging technology to transform the insurance industry - automotive and marine insurance in particular. Concirrus enjoyed early success due to its blend of deep domain expertise and application of data science to a market sector that was lagging behind other industries in adoption of new technologies.
The company’s behavioural-based underwriting platform, Quest, provides portfolio management and predictive analytics to its stakeholders by harnessing the power of AI, machine learning and data analytics. This enables insurers and brokers to accurately quantify risks, and therefore limit losses and increase profit. Concirrus has proven the efficacy of Quest through its analytics work with leading London and international insurers.
Separating out the signal from the noise, combining spatial data with other sources, and presenting the results back to an insurance professional in an effective manner is a wide-open opportunity. Concirrus hopes to maintain a high level of growth through international expansion and diversification, and through developing its AI tools to support additional use cases in specialty and commercial insurance such as submissions.
