What the job involves

As the main hiring partner to several key leaders across the business, you’ll own the recruiting funnel for a big part of the company and have a huge impact on scaling Mercury. You will tackle niche, complex searches by employing strategic and innovative sourcing techniques
Develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s values, brand, and product
Work closely with managers and interviewers to build high-performing, diverse teams
Make a friendly first impression on candidates and (no pressure) act as the living embodiment of our cultural values
Enjoy a high level of autonomy while running a recruiting pipeline end to end, with an emphasis on engaging passive candidates
Identify and engage top talent and provide them an exceptional experience throughout the entire recruiting funnel
Guide hiring managers and interviewers towards unbiased decisions on candidates
Stay up to date on company priorities and updates
Monitor pipeline performance and share metrics with other team members
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives
Experiment with new recruiting channels and analyze their effectiveness
Actively think of ways to improve and scale recruiting processes
Welcome new hires and act as a super helpful sage on all things Mercury as they onboard
