Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experienced EA: 4-8 years of experience supporting a C-level executive or founder in a fast-paced environment while building high-trust with key people involved
Exceptionally Organized: exceptional with calendar and strong time management skills while maintaining calm, deliberate approach to problem-solving
Locally Present: Resides in or near the San Francisco Bay Area
Events Management: Strong experience in event planning both directly owning logistics and collaborating cross-functionally
Strong Communicator: Poised and precise in both written and verbal communication; Comfortable interacting with internal execs and external VIPs alike
Discreet and Reliable: Able to manage highly sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality; Trusted to operate with sound judgment at all times

We’re seeking a highly adaptable, trustworthy, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) and office manager to provide direct, day-to-day support to the CEO of Essential AI and manage office operations at Essential AI
As Executive Assistant to the CEO at Essential AI, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations - managing CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, and keeping our SF office running smoothly
You’ll also plan key events (offsites, dinners, board gatherings), help schedule large meetings by working with key stakeholders in the company and external partners/investors
You'll own logistics end-to-end, all while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Office Operations: Support meetings and oversee office operations, such as managing office supplies inventory, ordering and replenishing the pantry, and liaising with office vendors
Event Planning: Plan and execute key events for the company, including internal offsites, dinners, and board-related gatherings
Logistics & Admin: Handle travel coordination, expense reporting to accounting, and executive logistics with attention to detail and an eye for operational efficiency
Contract Duration: 6 months contract with eligibility to be converted to full-time role based on performance

Essential AI shifted out of stealth mode in 2023 with the $56.5 million backing of Google and Nvidia, no mean feat for a company founded the year before. It develops full-stack AI products to support productivity by automating time-consuming and monotonous workflows.

Bringing forward experience and knowledge from careers in giants like Google, the company is fuelled with severe understanding of the sector. Though in its primitive stages, its promise of benefiting enterprise operations by deepening the relationship between computers and humans led to its exciting raise in funding.

This Series B will allow the company to build a diverse team to delve into a new market, building tools that will drastically change the scale productivity for its customers. With ambitious goals, we’re excited to see the specifics of what Essential AI will bring to the space moving forward.
