Who you are
- Enjoy owning a strategic book of business and being accountable for its long-term growth and success
- Thrive in executive-level conversations and are confident presenting to C-suite leaders and key decision-makers across large health systems
- Excel at navigating complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with stakeholders across clinical, operational, financial, IT, legal, and procurement teams
- Are energized by uncovering expansion opportunities, leading commercial negotiations, and delivering solutions that create measurable value for your customers
- Enjoy partnering cross-functionally to solve complex challenges and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Prefer being in the field, building relationships face-to-face, and are excited by frequent travel to meet with customers
- Are motivated by ambitious goals and view quota as the baseline, not the finish line
- 7-10 years of Enterprise selling into health systems, with preference for technology/SaaS
- Consistently meet/exceed assigned quotas and achieved in top 10% of peers
- A proven track record of building and maintaining C-Suite level client relationships with established boardroom presence
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications, CRM tools, SalesForce, and AI agents
- Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills

- As a Health Systems Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own and grow a portfolio of some of Zocdoc's largest and most strategic health system partnerships
- Serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you'll drive long-term growth through consultative selling, contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and expansion opportunities
- You'll navigate complex enterprise buying processes, lead multi-threaded sales motions, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable value for both your customers and Zocdoc
- This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a high-priority book of business with significant growth potential
- Working closely with Client Success, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Leadership, you'll help shape customer strategy, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate adoption across some of the nation's leading health systems
- If you're energized by executive-level selling, thrive in complex enterprise environments, and enjoy building relationships in the field, you'll have the opportunity to make an outsized impact
- Identifying and executing on business development opportunities including provider expansion
- Forecasting organic and inorganic growth projections across accounts
- Building strategic relationships with existing clients across all functional areas (i.e. Operations, Marketing, Strategy, etc.) at the executive level and establish a trusted adviser relationship
- Taking a proactive approach in identifying opportunities utilizing data and tools to improve booking performance
- Developing, managing and executing against operational and commercial account strategies while holding clients accountable for their responsibilities in the partnership
- Preparing for and leading regular business review discussions with client project lead and decision maker/executive teams with key takeaways and next steps
- Providing guidance and support for the Client Success team supporting your accounts
- Collaborating with an interdepartmental team of engineers, project managers, operations workers, and sales executives to ensure our clients are set up for success
