- As an SDR at CTI Digital, you are the engine of our growth. You’ll be responsible for the first spark of a relationship, turning cold leads into warm conversations and helping us secure the next generation of ambitious clients
- Hunt for Opportunity: Actively research and identify high-value prospects that align with CTI’s expertise in digital transformation and commerce
- Master the Outreach: Use a mix of email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls to engage stakeholders, employing a consultative, needs-based approach to pique interest
- Qualify with Precision: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client challenges and ensure their goals align with our service offerings
- Collaborate on Strategy: Work closely with the Sales and Growth teams to refine pitches and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads
- Own Your Pipeline: Manage your outreach activities within our CRM, providing regular updates on lead status and performance metrics to senior leadership
- Represent the Brand: Act as a technical authority and brand ambassador, staying ahead of industry trends to speak confidently about our work
