Who you are

You have a bachelor's degree or higher/similar
Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle technical support inquiries professionally
Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What the job involves

Designing and executing test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
Collaborating with the development team to report and track issues
Performing regression testing to validate bug fixes and new features
Providing technical assistance to clients via email, phone, or chat
Troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues promptly and professionally
Providing help with project management surrounding new customers
Writing technical documentation for specific customers
First point of contact for new and existing customers surrounding technical issues
