Who you are
- Current Bachelor’s/Master’s student in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, business, or other related degree
- Prior internship experience is a plus
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
- Approach projects with a sense of urgency and demonstrate a proactive follow-up and strong follow-through mentality
- Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and a positive can do attitude
- Strong and effective communicational skills
- Fluency in German or other languages is a plus
- Availability starting June/July 2025

- We are working with different departments and agencies on delivering our flagship and internal events. By joining this thriving event team you will get hands-on experience on delivering first class customer events and how to make an impact in the business
- As an Intern or Working Student Global Events & Experiences U.S you join our Global Events Team in New York City to focus on supporting the planning, coordination and execution of our Global Events. Your main responsibilities will be supporting internal employee focused events (CKO, Incentive, SKO), as well as externally facing road show events
- You will gain experience in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of event styles, and you will work closely with our agencies and internal departments
- Collaborate with global event directors to support diverse event formats, including incentive programs, SKOs, CKOs, and global roadshows, gaining hands-on experience in world-class event execution
- Dive into the details by cleaning and organizing event-related documents, ensuring data accuracy, and helping maintain seamless workflows that set the stage for successful events
- Act as a vital connector by liaising with field marketing teams and event managers, fostering strong communication and alignment across teams to bring event visions to life
- Build your expertise in data management by reviewing and analyzing datasets, contributing to impactful decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Be part of something extraordinary as you learn the ins and outs of global event planning while contributing to unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impact
Our take
Celonis started out in an obscure niche which the company called process mining. Its first product was created to scan data logs for its clients and map out their processes in its entirety - inefficiencies and all. Celonis' product was in essence, to be considered a replacement for costly consultants and quants.
The company has since branched out into an even more niche area that plays on the strength of its products and proprietary technology - such as execution management solutions. Celonis' product found significant uptake across industries like supply chain, manufacturing, and business intelligence which quickly amassed it a wealth of enterprise customers and hundreds of millions of dollars in recurring revenue.
Celonis is king in its industry as it was founded just as data-heavy enterprise operations sky-rocketed. Now, the company is backed by hefty funding and impressive advisors across several industries, still seeing increased investment despite the venture capital market is experiencing a slowdown. Celonis has shown impressive foresight and innovation as a company and will continue to eat the fruits of those labour for many years to come.
