Who you are
- 5-7 years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- A proven ability to juggle multiple roles with finesse, driving each one from sourcing to close independently

What the job involves
- We’re on the hunt for a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter who’s equal parts strategist, relationship-builder, and closer.
- In this role, you’ll own the entire recruiting process for our technical teams—sourcing exceptional talent, building strong pipelines, and closing candidates who will shape the future of our company
- You’ll work hand-in-hand with hiring managers and stakeholders, diving deep into the technical needs of each role and crafting innovative strategies to find and attract the best.
- Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to design and refine recruiting processes that keep us agile and ensure every candidate has a white glove experience
- Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for Engineering, Product, and Design roles, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and closing candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, create tailored recruiting strategies, and consistently deliver exceptional talent
- Build and scale recruiting processes from scratch, ensuring efficiency and alignment with our company’s goals and culture
- Raise the bar on candidate experience—every interaction, from first touch to offer acceptance, should leave candidates feeling valued and excited
- Communicate proactively and transparently with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Track, analyze, and act on recruiting metrics to optimize time-to-hire, candidate quality, and pipeline health
- Get creative in sourcing passive candidates, using innovative tools and strategies to connect with top talent
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, making our company a destination for the best and brightest
Our take
Orb founders Morales and Grover worked together as engineering leaders at Asana for five years, and during their time at the company they witnessed a plethora of changes to pricing and packing. The major changes were a burden not only for the financing team, but for the engineers themselves.
Realizing they wanted more flexibility over how software-as-a-service (SaaS) products are billed and monetized, the pair developed Orb. It's a cloud-based software platform helping businesses create and manage pricing models, with a specific focus on helping businesses that are seeking flexible pricing options for their customers, such as subscription-based services or pay-as-you-go models.
Orb is backed by a number of investment organizations as well as founders and executives at the forefront of enterprise software. It expanded its team in 2023 and is now well-equipped to fulfil its vision of leveraging software so companies can be at their most effective.
