Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate has experience with rigorous analytical problem solving in a hyper-growth business context, comfort working in fast-paced environments, and a strong attention to detail
- 3+ years of experience in strategy & operations, revenue strategy, consulting, business analysis, or a related role
- You have excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in modeling, data analysis, and reporting (Excel or BI tools like Tableau or Sigma)
- Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly, work collaboratively, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with SQL is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools is preferred
What the job involves
- As a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate at Flex, you'll uncover performance and growth improvement opportunities across the Revenue organization and build the operational processes to execute on them
- This will include building go-to-market strategies based on market specific nuances, revenue optimization, strategic initiatives, process design, resource allocation, and sales analytics
- You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Partner Success, Revenue Operations, Product and Analytics teams to ensure strategic alignment and maximize operational efficiency by leveraging data-driven analysis
- Analyze revenue performance data across Sales, Partner Success, and Onboarding to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Optimize CRM processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Enhance workflow automation and streamline operational processes across all Revenue teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage cross-functional projects across Sales, Partner Success, RevOps, Product, and Analytics
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to provide strategic recommendations that support revenue growth across all channels
Our take
Many people struggle to pay their rent every month, with a variety of bills hitting their bank accounts simultaneously. Whilst many of these people earn enough money to cover their bills, the inflexible nature of monthly bills can make the all-in-one payment a harder obstacle.
Flex provides a mobile application for the flexible payment of rent, allowing users to pay their landlords through flexible payment plans, reschedule payments when necessary, and protect their funds through Overdraft Protection. The company achieves this by partnering with estate agents and paying their resident's bills upfront, taking on the challenges that landlords would normally have due to late payments.
Flex has experienced extremely rapid growth since its founding which has caused some issues, as it struggled to keep up with the surge in new customers. Having made improvements to its product and scaled its customer service team, it is set to continue providing a service that has come to be highly valued by both tenants and landlords.
