• As the Director of Growth Marketing at Vim, you will own the planning and execution of growth initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue for our healthcare solutions
• This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll develop and scale growth strategies across digital marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and lifecycle marketing

• Strategic Planning: Design, plan and execute the overall growth marketing strategy, aligning closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to achieve business goals
• Demand Generation: Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, content, and more) to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue
• Account-Based Marketing: Build and scale an ABM program targeting key accounts and decision-makers, leveraging personalized campaigns to accelerate the buyer’s journey
• Marketing Analytics: Implement robust analytics to measure campaign performance, uncover insights, and inform future strategies; provide detailed reporting on KPIs to leadership
