CRM Executive, Yoto

• We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join our Retention Marketing team to support, execute and deliver our Retention Marketing roadmap
• We’re a global team looking after Acquisition, Retention, Amazon, Trade and the D2C business
• We work closely with teams across the business, particularly our friends in the marketing, product, tech and content teams
• The Retention Marketing team is a global function and is focused on driving LTV and engagement
• We work alongside our market teams to ensure communications best practice and effectiveness
• Working alongside the CRM team to plan, execute and deliver the schedule of comms using our campaign platform, Braze
• Weekly & monthly campaign reporting both globally and locally
• Delivering campaigns across push, email and web/mobile app messages
• Supporting the team to deliver monthly market analysis and feedback to the in market teams to support local market campaign optimisation and growth
• Support the team to deliver a customer first commercially led communications calendar
• Working with the team to plan, execute and deliver the A/B testing plan
• Optimisation of data capture opportunities to drive growth in the volume of contactable customers
