Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech, treasury, ERP, or financial software
- Proven success selling to the office of the CFO, treasury, or finance leaders within mid-market organizations ($100M - $1B revenue)
- Strong consultative sales skills with experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to travel as needed
What the job involves
- Prospect and Qualify: Identify and engage prospective mid-market clients through outbound efforts, inbound inquiries, and strategic networking
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to understand client business challenges in treasury, liquidity, and risk management
- Solution Presentation: Present and demonstrate Kyriba’s cloud-based solutions to key stakeholders, including CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors
- Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and accurately forecast a robust pipeline using Salesforce and other sales tools
- Sales Process Ownership: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales Engineering, Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver tailored presentations and proposals
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Kyriba’s evolving product offerings
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
