Who you are

1-3 years of related B2B Marketing experience
Participation in successful marketing pipeline generation, including campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
Working knowledge of martech such as HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, 6Sense, Go-To-Webinar, On24 and Kapost and/or working towards certifications is a major plus
Experience with digital channels including paid social media
Highly organized, detail-orientated, and self-motivated
Excellent communication skills, including writing and presentation, and demonstrated professionalism

What the job involves

We’re hiring an energetic Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing Programs team
The Marketing Specialist, Strategy & Programs is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of annual marketing plans to promote FactSet’s solutions to the assigned target audience in order to build brand awareness, drive leads, and achieve measurable ROI
The Specialist is a problem solver with entry-level knowledge of available marketing tactics
Work with Marketing Managers and Senior Specialist across business stakeholders to assist in building marketing plans including positioning, regional focus, audience, and optimal mix of tactics with measurable goals and schedule
Collaborate across Marketing teams to coordinate and manage projects and drive execution of campaigns across tactics. Monitor, optimize, and report on effectiveness of campaigns, projects, and tactics
Understand and specialize in targeted firm type’s workflows and solutions to develop strategic personalized marketing plans
Continuously increase expertise in strategic marketing planning, tactics, campaign orchestration, and assigned areas of FactSet and related persona focuses
Compile and communicate campaign and event reports within Marketing and to business stakeholders
Follow implemented processes across marketing technology to ensure proper tracking and optimal collaboration across teams
Develop a clear understanding of FactSet’s data and solutions across a specific workflow and persona in his/her/their assigned focus area(s)
