Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing successful B2B marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth through email, content, and digital platforms
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and analytics software
- Understanding of both sales-led revenue generation and product-led growth (PLG) strategies
- Experience managing website content, user journeys, and conversion optimization strategies
- A forward-thinking mindset about the marketing strategies, methodologies, and emerging technologies
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and data-driven decision-making
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences

What the job involves
- As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Insycle, you will work closely with the Head of Demand Generation to design and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that covers the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention and advocacy
- You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing marketing initiatives that engage, retain, and grow our customer base through channels such as email marketing, website content, conversion optimization, paid advertising, webinars, and events
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and target audience interests
- Collaborate with the team on content to produce high-quality, relevant, and engaging content
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company’s website
- Design and manage multichannel demand generation campaigns to drive, engage, and convert leads
- Create and manage email campaigns, including newsletters and drip campaigns, to nurture leads and keep existing users engaged with Insycle’s products and updates
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and retargeting networks to drive qualified traffic and conversions
- Manage and optimize Insycle’s website and app store listings for lead generation and customer education, including content updates, SEO strategy, and conversion rate optimization
- Execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance the overall user experience on Insycle’s digital properties
- Track and analyze website performance, user engagement, and campaign metrics using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI
- Continuously test and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing funnels to increase lead generation and conversion rates
