What the job involves
- We have lovely, friendly offices in Amsterdam and we are looking for someone to join our fantastic company to support with all things office coordination
- While you might be filing some Health and Safety documentation, meeting visitors or providing administration support to one of our VPs
- No 2 days will look the same but we can guarantee you If variety, engagement with people, and the chance to be part of a tech-driven office environment
- At Ivanti we are keen to ensure that work fits your life and requirements so if being full time in the office doesn't work with your commitments, we can consider a part time position too
- Oversee reception, security, cleaning, waste disposal, recycling, parking, and meeting room bookings
- Arranging for repairs so we can ensure a pleasant and safe working environment that is in line with our lease agreements, health and safety standards, and legal requirements
- Organise, review, and implement all site health and safety requirements, including training for First Aid and Fire Wardens. Ensure staff adhere to health and safety standards
- Manage orders for stationery, condiments, coffee, fruit, milk, and other office essentials
- Liaise with building management and security to arrange annual fire evacuations
- Assist in welcoming and onboarding our new starters. Supporting any induction activities and support them by setting up and activating access passes etc
- We use lots of facility management companies, including cleaning and security services, so oversee them and ensure we review costs and service levels
- Send invoices to the Finance team for payment and resolve any finance-related queries
- Project and Administration Support: There will be times you will be able to get involved with PA and project type duties for our Directors and PAs
