Country/Marketing Manager, Evaneos

• You speak German fluently (native or near-native) and navigate in English with ease. Dutch or French is a nice bonus
• You bring 5+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing, with at least 2 years focused on the German-speaking market
• You’ve led growth or lifecycle strategies — across paid channels, CRM, SEO, or partnerships — and know what makes local users click, convert, and come back
• You know how to align stakeholders (Product, Brand, Supply, Customer Care…) and move fast without silos
• You’re fluent in KPIs, funnels, budgets — and use data to fuel action
• Bonus: you’ve worked on local brand positioning or media collabs in the DACH region

• As DACH & NL Country Manager, you’ll lead our growth in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands
• You’ll own the strategy, manage your performance, guide our brand, and make sure what we offer speaks directly to local travelers
• You’ll be both a business owner and a trusted voice inside the company
• Your insights will shape our marketing, product and supply roadmap
• And in the DACH region, you’ll be Evaneos’ face — building trust and visibility
• Decode trends and competitors → turn them into clear, actionable insights
• Co-build the local roadmap with marketing, brand, product and supply
• Translate strategy into performance with market plans
• Work hand in hand with your peers across Europe
• Track and challenge performance through weekly reviews and clear, data-led actions
• Manage and coach our Growth Marketing Manager for DACH & NL
• Activate key growth levers across SEO, CRM, paid and local partnerships
• Test and refine channels, destinations and user flows to drive sustainable growth
• Define personas with insights from Data, Product, CRM, and Customer Care
• Inform the offer strategy and monitor its local performance
• Ensure localisation feels native — from messaging to brand assets
• Lead our voice in DACH, in close collaboration with PR and brand teams
• Represent Evaneos at key events and trade fairs to grow visibility and stay close to the market
• You’ll own the growth strategy for DACH & NL — with the trust, visibility, and backing to make real decisions, not just recommendations
• You’ll collaborate with senior experts across Product, Brand, CRM, and Supply — and report directly to the Head of International Markets
