Onboarding and Migration Specialist, Upsun

• Platform.sh is seeking an Onboarding & Migration Specialist to join our Technical Services team
• This role is pivotal in helping large customers successfully implement and adopt our products and services
• The mission is to ensure a seamless technical onboarding process that sets clients up for long-term success
• Reporting to the Senior Manager, Onboarding & Migration, this role involves working closely with client technical teams, delivering expert guidance, and ensuring a smooth path to go-live
• Lead technical onboarding and training: Deliver in-depth technical onboarding sessions and training for client technical teams, ensuring they are equipped to use our products and services effectively. This may include onsite sessions as needed
• Plan and execute migrations: Conduct technical assessments and develop detailed plans for migrating client projects to Platform.sh
• Provision and configure environments: Set up and configure client environments to ensure readiness for adoption
• Provide advisory support: Offer technical assistance and strategic advice to clients from contract signature through successful go-live
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams to advocate for client needs, suggest product improvements, and prioritize high-demand feature requests
• Travel and schedule: Travel within your timezone may be required on rare occasions, but this role does not include on-call duties
