• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Lead to join the Human Data Annotation team in our Science organisation
• The role is pivotal in accelerating research at Mistral AI and would be responsible for managing human data annotation operations
• Manage a team of contractor annotators, including: Orchestrate day-to-day workload and prioritiesOnboard and continuously train and support annotators
• Collect and synthesise questions, feedback, updates to and from annotatorsMonitor and flag capacity constraints and risks
• Create materials for and actively contribute to the contractor recruitment processDrive execution and communicate status of data annotation campaigns, including project setup, training, data generation, and data validation
