What the job involves
- At Built, we are incredibly proud of the work we’ve accomplished thus far, but we have only scratched the surface of our product and company’s potential
- As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding and maintaining Built’s customer base within our largest and most strategic accounts
- Educate and maintain key relationships with stakeholders of our largest clients and prospects
- Lead and coordinate customer-facing meetings, including discovery calls, demos, and proposals
- Navigate complex organizational structures across multiple business units of critical customers
- Conduct extensive research on non-bank financial institutions and navigate the sales process with industry-leading NBFIs
- Work cross-functionally with implementation, client success, support, and product partners to ensure optimal product execution and an exceptional customer experience throughout the Built journey
- Document all interactions in our CRM
- Represent Built at various conferences, trade shows, events, etc
- Identify key targets and trends within assigned accounts
- Qualify and engage executives at financial institutions
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership and the Built marketing team to achieve company and personal objectives
- Continuously improve execution and grow your skill set by working closely with the team and sales leadership
- Quickly ramp up your understanding of Built’s solutions to effectively establish trust and credibility with executives at target accounts
- Pursue continuous personal development related to sales techniques and strategies
- Stay informed by reviewing blogs from top industry sales leaders
- Attend webinars and sales training forums as available
- Adapt quickly to change and be dynamic in your approach
- Be an excellent partner to our internal teams
