Role
Who you are
- We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in High Tech sales environment
- The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills and experience developing Inside Sales Teams
- 4-year degree or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in sales management and team leadership
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies, with the ability to train and motivate others effectively

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales performance data

What the job involves
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets through inbound / outbound telephone sales with an emphasis on referral and solution-based selling along with maintaining a high retention rate of existing renewals
- Team Leadership and Training: Provide strong leadership to the inside sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their selling skills and overall effectiveness
- Manage reps to maintain strong sales pipelines including up-selling and cross-selling within the install base to generate new license opportunities
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team performance. Implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales goals and improve efficiency
- Integrity: Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of sales leadership and operations
