Director of Sales Operations, Certn

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, STEM or a related field
• Proven success in leading Sales Operations or a related role with demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction within a SaaS or technology company
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in a scale up, high velocity startup environment. Bonus points for an exit
• Familiarity with sales performance management and incentive compensation tools
• Proven track record of driving innovation and change management initiatives within sales operations, contributing to the organization's competitive edge

• Lead the design and implementation of sales processes that maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
