Who you are
- Senior level operational experience, ideally a previous leadership function, with a proven track record of meeting high standards ideally in a fast paced, complex work environment with a high volume of work and a strong service orientation
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, human resources or psychology
- Profound knowledge of German labour, tax and social security law
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, you keep a cool head when things get heated up
- You are an excellent team player with very good communication skills and convince with your enthusiasm, proactivity, curiosity and the ability to inspire others
- You like to take responsibility and proactively drive things forward
- Business fluent in German and English
- You master common software solutions in your sleep and enjoy working with digital tools
- To be successful, you will need solid knowledge & experiences, a service- and solution-oriented attitude that’s remarkably hands-on, outstanding communication skills and empathy for a diverse crowd of people with divergent work realities and demands
What the job involves
- As our new Head of People & Culture you will take care of OUR most valuable asset - our people
- We conquered both Covid and challenging economic times successfully and it is time now to focus more on our own DNA, our culture, our spirit
- As part of the management team, you will shape how we focus more on appreciation, training, coaching and development of our teams while keeping the classical HR admin tasks up and running
- Oversee preliminary payroll & employee administration (BambooHR) together with your team
- Develop concepts for appreciation, trainings, coachings and bring everything alive with your own budget
- Improve our employer branding and be visible on e.g. conferences
- Be the go-to person for all questions from the management team and team leads around people management including (avoiding) labour law issues
- You prepare and analyse personnel metrics for personnel reporting, taking into account labour market trends and benchmarks
- Recruiting when needed - we don’t intend to grow (much) but you might need to step in every once in a while to help our teams to be staffed optimally
- Team up with our office management to ensure occupational workplace safety and other regulations are met - oh, and let’s throw some parties, please!
Our take
Though a simple problem, document misplacement and disorganisation can still be devastating for a company, especially when it is crucial in the push-through of new deals and clients and employee onboarding. The rapid pace of digital business means that there is less room for error in this area than ever before, and Architrave aims to amend just this through its asset management digitisation software.
Through four core products - AV Operate, Onboard, Transact, and Automate - Architrave provides asset managers with the tools they need to digitise, standardise and secure their documents, helping make deals efficient and quick. A simple solution to a classic problem then, and it's already bagged clients as large as BNP Paribas and BEOS.
2022 was a big year for the 2013-founded company, with an office launch in London after gaining SEGRO, a legacy UK real estate investment trust as a client. Alongside its entrance into the UK market, Architrave has acquired a US proptech firm and nabbed key hires for its UK leadership team. With a large and powerful client base, Architrave is set for even more expansion.
