• You will strategically use data and build asset-level plans to create commercial success, specifically achieving Revenue & GOP Goals
• Drive Revenue Management Performance: Develop and monitor pricing strategies to maximize revenue through effective analysis and reporting, with the goal of improving RevPAR and fair market share. Focus on identifying opportunities to optimise segmentation, channel performance, and length-of-stay mix
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster positive relations between our Growth department and Ops teams, ensuring a seamless collaboration focused on exceeding all business expectations
