Who you are

3+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily focused on backend systems
Strong proficiency in at least one system-level or strongly typed language (We are generally language-agnostic, but most of our stack is Java and Go)
Hands-on experience building and deploying applications in a modern Cloud environment (GCP or AWS)
Practical experience with containerization (Docker) and a working understanding of orchestration (Kubernetes)
Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools
An open mindset and willingness to integrate AI-assisted development tools into your daily workflow
Bonus: Previous exposure to high-traffic, low-latency environments (Ad-Tech, FinTech, High-Frequency Trading, etc.)

What the job involves

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust features for the core ad exchange platform
Write highly concurrent, efficient, and reliable code, minimizing latency and maximizing throughput
Collaborate closely with your Engineering Manager and cross-functional peers to break down complex product requirements into actionable technical tasks
Actively participate in the code review process, maintaining high standards for code quality and system security
Take ownership of your code in production by monitoring system health, troubleshooting live issues, and participating in the team's incident resolution workflows
