Role
Who you are
- C2 level in German, both written and verbal. You will be working alongside German speakers and carrying out many tasks in German (e.g. writing content)
- Very good English skills, both written and verbal. Our company language is English and you will be working alongside English speakers. You will also be required to carry out some tasks in English
- A can-do, problem solving attitude
- High organisation skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks/projects at once
- Strong research and analytical skills, as well as curiosity
- You ideally have some initial experience with communication/marketing and enjoy writing
- You ideally already have experience with databases and data management
- Working towards a degree, ideally in the fields of communication, marketing, or business administration, or relevant experience
What the job involves
- The role will focus heavily on content and events, with the opportunity to get involved in other areas
- Core tasks: Assist our Senior Event Manager with event coordination, from pre- to during to post-event tasks
- Develop, coordinate and maintain communication materials such as brochures, flyers, invites, etc., in both English and German
- Write compelling emails generating high open and click rates
- Take on tracking and reporting tasks to uncover actionable insights and provide recommendations
- Conduct research such as market and competitor analysis
