By hardworking, we don't mean long hours (be with your family). What we mean is while you're here you're doing the best work of your life. It means being disciplined, professional, focused, gritty, resilient, and resourceful
By collaborative, we don't mean submissive or deferential, it means taking leadership from everywhere. "I'm taking responsibility to fix this system", if there's a lack of trust "I'm going to address it" if goals are unclear "I'm going to deal with it", it's about being a meritocracy

3-5 years of professional experience in software development
Solid expertise in distributed systems and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven experience in designing and managing cloud services
Strong expertise in designing and utilizing REST APIs
Ability to organize and prioritize workloads with competing demands
Experience in designing and using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) platforms is a plus
Experience in operating and configuring container orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes)

Develop services for our core business logic in Java (Spring Boot) to meet demanding enterprise requirements
Define and develop interfaces in collaboration with other teams
Enhance existing systems to ensure they scale with growing customer demands
Design and build scalable, distributed services infrastructure
Measure critical technical metrics that reflect our customers' experiences
Deploy and manage production services
