Role
Who you are
- You are completing a degree in design or visual communication and looking for an apprenticeship (alternance) in a creative, international environment
- Proficient in Figma (components, design systems) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Able to animate designs in After Effects, from micro-interactions to Lottie files ready for dev handoff
- Comfortable using AI tools (image gen, copy assistance) to move faster without compromising quality
- Creative sensibility across print and digital formats
- Strong communicator, team-player, and comfortable working fully in English
- A portfolio or work samples is required to apply
What the job involves
- You will be joining our Brand and Communication team, contributing to real projects from day one, designing assets, supporting campaigns, and helping maintain a consistent brand presence across a fast-moving, international environment
- Design UI moments and brand visuals (illustrations, graphic elements, visual components)
- Assist in creating marketing assets for social media (posts, stories, banners), events (print, presentations, digital collateral), CRM and internal communications
- Produce animated content: Lottie files, GIFs, and short video animations using After Effects
- Support the creation of visual materials for marketing campaigns across all channels (social media, email, print, events)
- Participate in creative benchmarks and research to identify trends and inspire visual concepts
- Be an active voice in team rituals (dailies, brainstorms). Bringing proactive ideas, ownership and initiative are welcome here, including on design projects you could lead end-to-end
- Work closely with other teams to address their creative needs
- Help maintain visual and tonal consistency of the brand across all touchpoints
