Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience with ideally a startup or an in-house recruiting team
- Experience managing the end to end search process, including building relationships with candidates
- An entrepreneurial and ‘getting-things-done’ mindset focused on delivering results
- A strategic, collaborative, and inclusive approach
- Strong communication and talent advisory skills
- Ownership mindset - caring about seeing projects through from start to finish
What the job involves
- Highnote is looking to hire a contract recruiter
- You will partner with our C-suite and functional leaders to build out our teams as we rapidly scale
- You will build relationships with talent in the market, assess talent, provide candidates with an amazing experience and advise our hiring managers on talent decisions
- Recruiting great people is key to the continued success of Highnote and you will be responsible for adding to our outstanding team!
- Partner closely with key internal stakeholders to understand each business function and advise on talent needs
- Source and screen candidates and execute on hiring goals for 2025
- Develop inclusive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline for each role
- Build relationships and attract both passive and active candidates by sharing the unique opportunity to grow one’s career with Highnote as the company rapidly scales
- Lead initial candidate assessment to qualify talent for open positions
- Build and share knowledge on the talent market of target companies, skills and experience for each of our functions
- Provide candidates with support and guidance throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience
- Regularly track hiring progress to share with internal stakeholders and utilize to improve recruiting performance
