Strategy Manager, Dropbox

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; can structure ambiguous problems and design analytical frameworks
• Proven ability to dive deep into data (SQL, Excel, BI tools, etc.) to generate insights and drive recommendations
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Strong understanding of strategic planning cycles, business performance metrics, and organizational scaling
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; experience preparing content for and presenting to senior executives
• Ability to toggle between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution

• Define and track performance metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes to measure success and enable iterative learning
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem framing through execution, often playing a hybrid strategy + program management role
• Design and run operating cadences (QBRs, strategic reviews) that keep executive leadership informed and aligned
• Facilitate alignment across functions, surfacing tradeoffs and enabling timely decision-making
• Identify and de-risk potential execution challenges early through data, planning, and stakeholder engagement
• Create high-quality, data-backed materials to support C-level decision making
