Who you are

- You're looking to take your sales fundamentals, resilience, and curiosity into a fast-growing AI software company where you'll have the opportunity to own the full sales cycle and make a direct impact on the company's growth
- 1–3 years of SaaS, software, or technology sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Competitive, resilient, and motivated by achieving results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
- Experience using modern sales engagement tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, or similar is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Zyratalk is a rapidly growing SaaS company with a proven go-to-market strategy and significant opportunity ahead. We invest heavily in our sales team with qualified leads, modern sales tools, marketing support, and ongoing coaching to help our Account Executives succeed
- You'll work alongside experienced teammates in a collaborative, high-performance culture where innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement are part of our everyday work
- Identify, engage, and nurture qualified inbound and outbound prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
- Own the entire sales process from discovery through close, including qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of SMB and mid-market opportunities
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value and ROI
- Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and position Zyratalk as a strategic solution
- Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Partner closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to create an exceptional buyer experience
- Represent Zyratalk at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as needed
