Who you are

The ideal candidate has experience managing partner relationships, closing deals in collaboration with partners, and driving pipeline growth through strategic enablement efforts
3–5 years of experience in channel sales, indirect sales, or partner management (B2B/SaaS preferred)
Background in QSR, C-Store, retail tech, or surveillance/video-based solutions is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple partner relationships and drive revenue through enablement
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Salesforce CRM experience required

What the job involves

We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our Channel Partnership Sales Team in the U.S. reporting to the Director of Channel Sales, this individual will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing revenue through a network of resellers, referral partners, and integrators across key U.S. territories
This is a quota-carrying role focused on expanding DTiQ’s reach through indirect sales channels
Partner Management & Enablement
Source and onboard new channel partners aligned with DTiQ’s target verticals (QSR, Retail, C-Store)
Manage day-to-day communications and deal support for assigned partners
Conduct partner training sessions on DTiQ’s product stack, value proposition, and sales process
Help partners identify, qualify, and close opportunities
Hit or exceed quarterly revenue targets sourced and influenced through channel relationships
Build joint business plans with partners and maintain visibility into their pipeline
Support pricing discussions, solution positioning, and customer meetings alongside partners
Track partner opportunities in Salesforce with regular forecasting and reporting
Work closely with Marketing to leverage co-branded materials, campaigns, and events
Partner with Sales Engineers and Product to ensure partners are enabled to demo effectively
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers from the channel
Provide feedback to the Channel Director on partner performance, competitive landscape, and gaps in coverage
Identify new partnership opportunities within underserved U.S. geographies and verticals
Attend industry events and partner summits as a DTiQ representative
